The Candidate should have at least 8 + years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (NA Payroll must)
HCM experience in Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58(min)
Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied.
Should have good understanding of the latest features/functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently.
Experience with Design and development of custom processes and UI application.
Experience in working with large data processing
Experience in Data structure designing and data flow redesigning
Experience working on Performance Initiatives (like SQL, SQR and AppEngine fine tuning)
Functional Expertise in Core HR, NA Payroll with quarterly payroll tax update application experience.
Technical expertise in People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL and IB integration (XML/Rest based Web services).
Experience in Upgrade Project would be a nice to have
Responsible for designing Custom Solutions to overcome product limitations
Good communication and documentation skills.
