Description

We're in search of an experienced PeopleSoft FCM Consultant to join our team. If you have a solid background in PeopleSoft Financials and Contracts Management modules, we want to hear from you. As a PeopleSoft FCM Consultant, your primary responsibilities will revolve around implementing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft Financials and Contracts Management solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Customize and configure PeopleSoft Financials and Contracts Management modules to align with client requirements.
• Develop and manage integrations between PeopleSoft FCM and other systems.
• Provide expert technical guidance to clients throughout implementation and support phases.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain thorough documentation on system configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Offer training and support to end-users.
• Stay updated with PeopleSoft FCM updates and features, evaluating their impact on client systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQL.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
• Previous experience with PeopleSoft FCM implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in team settings, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
• PeopleSoft certification(s) are a plus.
