Title: PeopleSoft CRM Program Management Specialist

Location: Remote

Are you a proficient PeopleSoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specialist seeking a remote opportunity? Join our team and contribute to our innovative projects from anywhere!

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize PeopleSoft CRM to manage and coordinate various programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze program requirements and objectives.
  • Configure and customize PeopleSoft CRM to meet program management needs, including setting up project structures, defining milestones, and tracking progress.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft CRM-related issues and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft CRM with other systems and modules as needed.
  • Stay updated on PeopleSoft CRM enhancements, patches, and updates, and implement them as required.
  • Document program management processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft CRM module configuration and customization.
  • Experience in program management and coordination, preferably using PeopleSoft CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
