Job Title: PeopleSoft Change Management Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to evaluate the impact of proposed changes to PeopleSoft applications.
  • Create strategies, plans, and communication materials for change management to support the adoption of changes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and address potential resistance to change, ensuring concerns are effectively managed.
  • Work with training teams to create training materials and lead training sessions for end users.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to gauge the success of change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and focus groups to gather feedback and resolve issues related to change management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical readiness for changes and updates to PeopleSoft applications.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and PeopleSoft applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft applications and their impact on business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing complex situations and devising practical solutions.
  • Desirable experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or project management (e.g., PMP) is beneficial.
