Position Summary

As a People Operations Intern (hourly pay at $20-$25/hour and 24 hours per week), you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and people operations.

About The Role

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition and IT teams to onboard U.S. new hires in our HRIS
• Complete new hire I-9s and process in e-Verify
• Assign Workplace Harassment training for all U.S. new hires
• Partner with the Sr. Manager, People Operations to manage our HR data and maintain data integrity in our HRIS
• Assist in the initiation of immigration cases
• Assist with requests in our ticketing system
  
  

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.

Hourly Rate ($20-25 per hour for 24 hours per week) is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
