Title: People Experience Partner


Summary of Role:


As the People Experience Partner at Command Alkon, your day-to-day efforts will shape our workplace culture and impact each employee’s professional path. You’ll help construct programs and strategies to cultivate a connected, employee-centric, growth-oriented culture. You will lead and advise on critical initiatives impacting employee engagement, performance and development. Additionally, you will enhance employee morale, foster a culture of learning, growth, appreciation and serve as a key contributor to building a supportive and inclusive global workplace environment. You will leverage performance management data to enhance employee engagement and drive workforce development initiatives. You play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel motivated, satisfied and deeply invested in the company's success.


How You’ll Succeed:


  • Champion employee engagement and foster employee growth and retention by creating and administering programs related to orientation, learning and development, diversity, and recognition. Facilitate the execution of employee engagement programs to enhance the employee experience and value proposition, and nurture a respectful, connected, and inclusive company culture.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and engagement levels. Act as a champion for employee feedback and advocate for changes that positively impact employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to employee engagement and workforce development efforts. Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee engagement.
  • Spearhead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale. Act as a strategic partner and advisor, facilitating impactful performance management and championing programs for employee growth and development, including mentorship, career advancement, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development. Support training and development opportunities to maximize performance and employee growth. Promote skill and competency development and effective learning programs to address role-specific, leadership, organizational and employee development needs.
  • Elevate the overall work experience by supporting and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel motivated, satisfied, and emotionally invested in the company's success


What You Bring:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in employee engagement, performance management, or workforce development.
  • Proven ability to analyze and translate data insights into actionable strategies that positively impact organizational culture and performance.
  • Successful track record of designing engaging and impactful programs improving individual, team, and company performance.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives focused on engagement and workforce development.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving change.
  • Passion for personal development, training, learning, and seeing individuals develop to their fullest potential. Experience designing and delivering a variety of learning content a plus.
