About The Role

The People, Culture & Talent Coordinator is a key part of our P&C Team. This is a generalist role, responsible for administering and coordinating a range of P, C & T functions, providing a broad range of support across the employee life cycle, completing office management tasks for our Austin office and supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative support.

This role is instrumental in supporting across a range of strategic and operational P&C functions to help deliver our vision of driving high engagement, high performance, great talent & great culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, globally.

Please note: Whilst this is a hybrid role, you will be required to be physically present in our Austin office at least 4 times a week.

What You'll Do

  • Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team (especially the Talent Acquisition team) to deliver effective coordination and administrative P&C support to all ROLLERs
  • Talent Acquisition administration:
  • Input candidate data into Greenhouse (our ATS)
  • Schedule interview times for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure all data for successful candidates is transferred from Greenhouse to HiBob (our HRIS)
  • Employee onboarding:
  • Support the onboarding process for new ROLLERs by sending new starter swag, facilitating the signing of new starter documents, ensuring HRIS records and data are updated, and first day meetings are set-up
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Work closely with the P&C Specialist (based in Melbourne) to ensure all P&C administration and coordination is completed including supporting each others tasks when one of you is on leave
  • Support in the creation and delivery of internal and external P&C communication, presentations and materials
  • Workplace activities and events:
  • Plan and organise global workplace activities and events, including mid-year, end of year and vibe tribe events in every region. Including ensuring these events do not exceed the allocated budget
  • Manage event operations, including invitations, guest lists, and communications
  • Be the owner and champion of our social connection group "The Vibe Tribe" ensuring meetings run smoothly and the initiatives are loved by ROLLERs
  • Assist leaders across the business in setting up their local team events
  • Wherever possible you will carry out tasks, initiatives or improvements across all our regional offices (Melbourne, Sydney, London, Austin) and provide support
  • Have full responsibility for the Austin office including:
  • Maintaining the condition of the Austin office
  • Ordering and maintaining office snacks, treats and beverages
  • Liaising with the building concierge and facilities management as required
  • Ordering and monitoring supplies for the office
  • Provide support and guidance for office-related queries including new starter office tours, and general employee queries.
  • Being a regular presence in the office
  • Be the owner for all travel across ROLLER by assisting ROLLERs in using Navan our travel system and occasionally helping with travel arrangements

About You

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience preferably within Human Resources
  • Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in Slack, Confluence and the Google Suite
  • Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with a bias to action preferable within the tech industry
  • Proven experience managing company events and activities that are well organised, on brand, on budget and most importantly lots of fun
  • Ability to project manage initiatives in a timely, organised and detailed way whilst providing necessary detail and updates
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Talent Acquisition administration experience is an advantage

  • Initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager You'll get to meet with the hiring manager to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
  • Loop Interviews This is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a 'vibe check' on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!
  • Offer If all lights are green and the fit feel right, we'll conduct reference checks and you'll receive an offer to join!
