ABOUT THE PEAK PERFORMANCE STRATEGIST TEAM
Our Peak Performance Strategist team is our elite team of road warrior sales pros. In this role, you become the face of the Tony Robbins brand, traveling to different markets each year across the US, and running live & virtual strategy workshops with companies and teams across the country.
This role is designed for top-tier sales professionals who thrive in high-energy, results-driven environments, and are looking to make 6+ figures while spreading the teachings of the world's most sought after life and business strategist, Tony Robbins.
As a Peak Performance Strategist , you’ll deliver high-energy group seminars to influence and enroll participants in Tony’s "Unleash the Power Within" live events. Travel nationwide to cities like New York, Dallas, and Los Angeles, making an impact and building an extraordinary sales career.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
You must have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a top salesperson.
You must be a top closer who knows how to wield strategic closes, overcome objections, and move a room & groups of people to take action.
You must have a verifiable track record of consistent top performancein a quota-carrying sales role.
You must be able to travel throughout the yearand facilitate live, in-person FSR workshops and sales seminars.
You must have experience hunting leads, nurturing relationships, and building a network of strong referrals
You must have a pulse on your metrics & KPIs to measure & grow your performance and ultimately the impact you make in the role
