Caregiver requirements:
PCA/HHA/NA certificate or CNA License - (MUST be valid/active) From Virginia
Valid Driver's License
Proof of auto insurance
Current TB test or X-Ray
CLEAN Background check
Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
