Title: PC Support Technician

Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, update, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Provide Microsoft Windows and Apple OS support.
  • Troubleshoot and deploy computer equipment and software.
  • Perform system administration tasks and technical reviews.
  • Coordinate project requirements with departments.
  • Move and lift equipment as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with computer hardware, printers, digital senders, and peripherals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Exchange/Outlook email, and HP Jet Admin.
  • Experience with Oracle client-based applications and Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Cisco networking devices and Ethernet cabling.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols like TCP/IP.
  • Experience with CAD and technical drawing is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
