· Reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.
Experience:
Previous pharmacy experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) required.
Since the job duties consist of reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorizations, candidates with that experience are preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. Must have an active license in the state of work.
