FSTONE Technologies is now hiring a full-time/part time Payroll Specialist to assist with the weekly processing of payroll for multiple facilities. With a network of locations across the nation. Payroll person is responsible for the day-to-day function ensuring accurate and on time payroll processing. The role requires a payroll professional who has successfully implemented best pay practices and workflow improvements resulting in accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, including reporting and all record keeping
Establish audit process to verify accuracy of payroll runs
Ensure payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations and company policies
Provides reports to Operations and other support departments
Analysis and validation of payroll processing results using technology - reports and macros
Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Maintains security and extreme confidentiality of payroll information
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Must have, as a minimum (1) year experience in all aspects of payroll, including supporting payroll system implementation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated success incorporating payroll of acquired companies
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material and work under deadlines
Detail Oriented, accurate, with effective social skills
Process and workflow improvement of payroll processes
