Payroll Manager - temp-to-perm position (East Coast candidates only)
** Must have Paycom software experience to be considered **
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a non-profit organization to fill a temp-to-perm Payroll Manager position that requires Paycom experience. This is a stand-alone Payroll position that works alongside the HR team. We are searching for someone with several years of experience managing a Payroll team, but who is also comfortable being very hands-on. Please read on for additional details!
Responsibilities:
Managing bi-weekly payroll process for approximately 140 employees
Auditing payrolls to ensure accuracy of garnishments, deductions, levies, etc.
Processing new hires, terminations, promotions, etc
Researching and analyzing payroll issues and ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented accurately and in a timely manner
Responding to employee timesheet or payroll inquiries, and making any necessary adjustments
Assisting employees through open enrollment period
Preparing payroll reports for management
Qualifications:
Previous experience with Paycom payroll software is mandatory
Previous experience either managing a team or working in a stand-alone Payroll position
