Job Opportunity: Payroll Coordinator (full-cycle)

We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Payroll Processor to join our healthcare team in Long Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing for one of our hospitals, handling approximately 100 employees with biweekly payroll runs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Execute full cycle payroll processing for approximately 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now

- Manage biweekly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations

- Utilize E-time for payroll management and tracking

- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely payment of employees

- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and policies

**Qualifications:**

- 3+ years of proven experience with full cycle payroll processing

- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and E-time for payroll management

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of relevant payroll laws and regulations
