What You Will Do:

💰 Run Payroll: Manage salary individuals' payroll efficiently using Paylocity

📋 Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including renewals, health plans, and annual open enrollment

🤝 Support Operations: Provide operational support and handle third-party interactions

🔄 Take on Projects: Be proactive in learning new tasks and assisting in various projects

🍽️ Coordinate Company Events: Assist in organizing monthly luncheons, wellness programs, and ordering of office items


What You Will Have:

🧮 Skills: Comfortable with numbers, excellent communication, sharp attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

🎓 Experience: Prior experience with payroll or benefits administration preferred, familiarity with Paylocity, benefits software, reconciliation, and audit processes a plus

👩‍💼 Backgrounds: Previous roles such as Accounting Clerk, HR Administrator, Financial Analyst, or Office Manager would transition well into this position
