As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and timely while adhering to government regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Implement and maintain payroll processing systems, including handling salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
Coordinate payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
Facilitate audits and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with HR, Tax, and Accounting departments to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
Develop summaries for leadership to track performance and compliance.
Manage employee benefits and insurance plans.
Required Skills/Abilities

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
7+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years in management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with job costing and payroll software preferred.
Experience with employee benefits administration.
