The Intersect Group is hiring for a Payroll Specialist to support our client located in Atlanta, GA. We have opportunities for Contract and Contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
Processing of Bi-weekly and weekly union and non-union payrolls
High-volume payroll processing of 3K or more
Understanding of Union deductions and setup.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and assist in answering employee inquiries
Work with multiple workstreams including branches and assist local processors.
Submissions and processing of the final payroll and auditing to ensure accuracy
Assist Locations with Union audits and reporting
Requirements:
Experience with Software
Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS)
College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years payroll experience in a high-volume payroll department
