Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 50 employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy in entries and compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain the general ledger, including tracking business expenses, identifying payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data security.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling interviews and managing executive calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial reports.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing; familiarity with I-Solved is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
