Payment Services Representative

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Payment Services Representative to join our team at iClassPro, Inc. As a Payment Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients regarding payment processing and other product inquiries. With your friendly and approachable demeanor, you will serve as the front-line contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them navigate any payment-related concerns.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist clients with product inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
  • Process payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance and support to clients regarding payment processing procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Processes risk reviews and chargebacks
  • Assists with customer onboarding and terminal troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth payment operations and resolve any customer concerns promptly

  • Is detail-oriented and has strong problem-solving abilities
  • Is able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Has a high level of proficiency in computer and internet usage


Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer support or payment services role required
  • Experience with payment processing systems, underwriting, risk reviews, and chargebacks is preferred
  • Knowledge of card brand rules preferred
