Payment Poster

• This positon is 100% in office* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payment Poster to join the team at a local Dermatology Clinic. As a Payment Poster, you will be primarily responsible for posting insurance payments and reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) accurately and efficiently. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our practice by maintaining accurate records of all incoming insurance payments.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on insurance payment policies, coding changes, and industry regulations.
• Receive and process insurance payments on a daily basis.
• Reconcile discrepancies between EOBs and posted payments.
• Match insurance payments received to corresponding EOBs.
• Maintain organized records of posted payments and EOBs for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with billing and coding team members to ensure accurate and timely payment posting.
