Experienced and self-motivated P.O.S.T. Certified individual wanted for Patrol Officer position. This position is with a small, low-call-volume department where self-initiated activity and good communication are prioritized. Fireman's Shift hours (48 hours on and five days off) and very competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality law enforcement services to the citizens of Fairplay and Alma, Colorado. Produce good quality traffic stops on a consistent pace. Maintain good community engagement and relationships.
Qualifications
P.O.S.T. Qualification is mandatory. Multiple years of Law Enforcement experience is preferred. Report writing and other patrol skills should be high quality.
