Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Services Manager at TouchPoint Support Services located in Nashville, TN. The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring quality patient care. This includes managing and training staff, monitoring patient satisfaction, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient experiences and outcomes.
