The existing somatic treatments are Spravato (esketamine) and ketamine, with further neurostimulation and psychedelic therapies likely to be approved and covered by insurance in the coming years (MDMA, SAINT TMS protocol, psilocybin, and others)

What is the Patient service Coordinator's Role?

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Patient Advocate team and become a key player in growing our organization. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in managing interventional referrals by developing qualified leads resulting in increased consultations, provider meetings, referrals, and most importantly new patients.

Who you are:

  • Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, a passion for mental health care, the desire for personal growth, be a forever learner, and maintain the drive not only to meet but exceed sales targets.
  • 0-2 years of previous sales, customer service, or lead generation experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Team player yet capable of working independently.
  • Driven and tenacious with the ability to be professionally persistent and persuasive.
  • Customer/personal service-oriented sales.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Positive can-do attitude.

  • Ability to conduct extensive cold calls and email campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcome all patients by greeting them with a friendly demeanor and providing necessary assistance by phone, or through email correspondence.
  • Respond and assist to the needs of your designated provider team.
  • Schedule new & existing patients by prioritizing the patient's unique needs and requests.
  • Monitor any appointment request source assigned and document all interactions for new patient inquiries and existing patient requests.
  • Respond to each patient inquiry with a focus on positive patient experience.
  • Perform outbound calls and respond to inbound calls in accordance with Heading protocol as outlined in the Patient Services Coordinator SOP.
  • Collect all insurance information & patient demographics, verify insurance benefits, process payments, and schedule appointments as necessary.
  • Complete EHR documentation according to the Patient Services Coordinator SOP.
  • Maintain a neat, clean work environment and professional appearance and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Work four days Monday through Friday (specific days to be determined)
  • Work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • This schedule may be subject to change based on business needs, but you will be notified in advance.
