Job Summary:

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate and execute patient recruitment efforts and initiatives.

This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage study protocols, provide overviews for the creative team, and handle CTMS patient data extraction for recruitment efforts.
• Maintain and optimize vendor relationships to ensure effective patient recruitment, including phone screening and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the PR creative team to implement targeted communication campaigns, such as text blasts, to engage potential participants and increase study awareness.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment vendor performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Lead cross-functional team efforts to set up effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with overall study objectives.
  
  

Education & Experience:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, and vendor management
