Job Summary
The primary job of a Patient Concierge is to initiate prescription requests for the Medical Doctor and when necessary, the Doctor of Optometry. The Patient Concierge must document these requests for preauthorization for patients before they can use their insurance and for chart auditing purposes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to be detailed oriented as well as strong oral and writing skills are a must!
