Job Summary
Educates and trains students in the designated field using approved instructional methodologies. This part-time position requires expertise in learning methods, with class assignments based on enrollment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Adheres to all policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
Develops lesson plans using industry-standard approaches such as multimedia and adult learning methodologies.
Teaches assigned courses, evaluates student performance, fosters skill development, and monitors attendance and grades.
Participates in administrative activities, including faculty/staff meetings and in-service sessions.
Attends graduation ceremonies as required.
Engages in ongoing professional development activities.
Performs additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Maintains effective relationships with campus personnel.
Demonstrates professional conduct to positively represent the campus and uphold company values.
Works onsite as required; remote work may be permitted based on Human Resources policies.

Education/Experience/Qualifications, Certifications, and/or License Requirements:
Must possess applicable licensure as required by state regulations for teaching roles.
