Patient Account Rep

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Account Rep for our healthcare client located in Mesa, AZ. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity and will be 100% onsite. This role will be working within a behavioral health clinic assisting patients with updating their registration and ensuring that demographics are up to date. This role will be cross-trained to perform check in/out duties, as well as insurance verification and will need to provide a great customer service experience for patients and visitors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare administrative role
• Experience working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
• Must feel comfortable working with SMI population
  
  

Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment and make sound judgment calls when needed
• Able to give a great customer service experience, both over the phone and in-person
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic towards others
• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  
  

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
