Patient Account Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Account Rep for our healthcare client located in Oakland, CA. This role will be 100% onsite, full-time schedule, and a contract-to-hire opportunity. This client strongly desires interested candidates who are bilingual in any Asian language.
This role will be focused on front office administrative duties for our client, including patient check in/out, phone correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, and insurance verification. There will also be some billing duties including collecting and posting payments and obtaining prior authorizations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare administration role
- Insurance verification and prior authorization experience
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
- Bilingual in any Asian language strongly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience and corresponding with different contacts, both internal and external
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well with others, but also independently throughout the day
- Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bilingual strongly desired
- Experience working within EMR systems
