Patient Access Consultant - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to patients, providers, and caregivers, encompassing billing and coding assistance, prior authorization support, and benefit verification.

Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries.

Collaborate with both internal and external service providers to uphold program policies.

Stay informed about payer and reimbursement trends to optimize support strategies.

Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Medical Administration.

At least 6 months of remote work experience.

Access to high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills.

Preferred Familiarity With Healthcare Billing Procedures.
