Patent Attorney. Preparation and prosecution of patents, opinions, portfolio management, due diligence, litigation support. High profile clients and sophisticated work with the opportunity to support patent attorneys on other legal issues.

Diverse array of hardware and/or software applications (industrial and consumer electronics, wireless telecommunications, enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source, etc.). Work and client assignment will be dependent upon your experience and technical expertise.

Attorney Requirements:

Minimum BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science; JD; state bar; Patent Bar. Must have at least 2 years experience in patent law.
