C&M is working with our law firm client, on an immediate need for a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney to join their Boston office. This role will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule. The firm is open to considering an attorney or patent agent, admitted to practice before the USPTO.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience related to drafting and prosecuting US patent applications
PhD in a life sciences discipline is required (biology, immunology, genetics, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.)
Admitted to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office; attorney candidates must be licensed with a recognized jurisdiction
