We are looking for another very bright individual to assist us in drafting and filing patents for our clients. Extensive experience is not required, but an enthusiasm and deep interest in intellectual property is.

We draft and protect patents, trademarks, and copyrights for a range of companies of all different sizes. We also establish companies, trade secrets, and brands.

Your Primary Responsibilities would Include:

• Receiving client intake and notes and following up for clarification as needed;
• Drafting patent specifications and claims; and
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to obtain patent drawings.
  
  

You Would be an Ideal Candidate if:

• You are a registered patent agent or are eligible to take the patent bar;
• You have 0-2 years of experience drafting patents;
• You can prioritize and multitask from within a docket of assigned projects;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• You are deadline and detail-oriented.
  
  

The expected starting pay for this position will be $70,000 per year, subject to your actual experience and need for training. There are also performance-based opportunities for income growth and bonuses beyond the starting pay.
