Job Description

Tablerock Survey is looking for a local Survey Field Crew Chief to join our Permian Basin Division in the Hobbs, NM and/or Midland,TX.

Responsible for performing centerline pipeline surveys, construction survey, and as-built survey as well as other survey tasks.

 Qualifications

·       Three or more (3+) years of experience working on a land surveying party

·       Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license

·       Good Verbal and written communication skills

·       Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines

·       Understanding of appropriate GPS surveying techniques and equipment

·       Ability to coordinate with Project Managers as well as contractors daily in a professional manner.

·       Interest in developing relationships with clients, partners and colleagues

Essential Functions

·       Direct all phases of work of a field survey crew in determining exact location and measurements of control points, all pipeline surveys (preliminary, construction and as-built) setting well locations/pads with infrastructure.

·       Accurately and efficiently collect field data and locate features

·       Record data points with data collector, including preparation of field notes

·       Work with minimal supervision and deliver accurate work product that is error free

·       Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity
