Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Manager located in Jacksonville, FL. The Parts Manager will be responsible for inventory control, managing service parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as overseeing inventory management, assisting customers with their parts needs, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in inventory control and management
- Knowledge of diesel service parts and their applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is a plus
