We are looking for a professional with good communication skills and who is detailed oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accept customer phone calls and answer e-mails
Produce parts quotes for customer’s bases upon their machine type
Evaluate machine drawings for proper part identification
Pick Items accurately according to internal and external orders.
Enter data accurately into our ERP & CRM systems.
Receive & inspect packages from Domestic and international Vendors
Package and ship out packages to Domestic and international Customers.
Communicate with Field Service technicians and fulfill any items for service.
Enter orders provided by our Modification Department
Create RMAs for returning items
Assist with the assembly of large wood machine crates.
Willing to learn how to drive a forklift carrying oversize heavy weight items (internal training / certification provided)
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED
No Experience Required.
Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.
