The Position: This position will assist the Partnerships team in driving resident services ancillary revenue strategies at RPM Living’s communities. The Partnerships Manager will manage existing relationships, while also growing and maintaining new partnerships for RPM Living’s corporate housing, short-term rental, resident-home sharing, and other resident services initiatives.
Responsibilities
Partner with preferred flexible living and resident services providers to act as the liaison between these companies and RPM Living.
Work with Operations to determine optimal processes, create SOPs, and educate residents/associates on the offered services.
Oversee the day-to-day flexible living corporate support provided to RPM’s communities, including communication with internal and external partners, reporting, accounting, and approvals/denials.
Partner with Operations to add communities to the Corporate Housing Partnership Program.
Manage the lead process between RPM’s corporate housing partners and partner communities.
Assist the Partnerships team in finding best-in-class resident services vendors and act as a key point of contact for these accounts.
Promote resident services adoption, monitor provider performance, and report on results.
Nurture and strengthen existing relationships with RPM’s preferred flexible living and resident services partners.
Collaborate with RPM’s Operations, Client Services, and Due Diligence teams to develop asset-specific strategies for flexible living and resident services partnerships.
Track and provide reporting around corporate housing, short-term rental, and other flexible living program success.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
3+ years of experience working in a flexible living (corporate housing, short-term rentals, resident home sharing, etc.) role required.
Prior multifamily industry experience preferred.
Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver’s license.
