Paved is a leading platform for email newsletter sponsorships, connecting top brands like Uber, Dropbox, and Gartner to highly engaged audiences. We provide advertisers with the opportunity to sponsor thousands of newsletters, including NBC, Business Insider, Bloomberg, and TechCrunch.
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the team in establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers. Your efforts will be focused on managing client relationships, optimizing sponsorship opportunities, and ensuring that our clients achieve their marketing objectives through our platform. Responsibilities:
- Support the team by sourcing, pitching, and closing deals with advertisers.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with our platform's offerings.
- Assist clients in optimizing their sponsorship opportunities on our platform to achieve their marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and direct clients.
- Assist in creating and implementing prospecting and outbound strategies to grow our advertiser base.
- Track and manage sales activities using HubSpot and other relevant tools, ensuring accurate records and follow-up.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update internal stakeholders on campaign performance and client feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent Paved at industry events, entertaining clients, and serving as a brand ambassador
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, media planning, buying, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and Slack.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- A passion for the media space, especially digital and newsletter sponsorships.
