The Opportunity 


The Partnerships Coordinator is a member of the larger partnerships team, but exclusively supports the company’s partnerships efforts and helps execute the partnerships strategic plan in connection with administrative, digital, and day-to-day matters.


Job Duties and Responsibilities 


·       Supports team in all administration duties including but not limited to coordinating team calendars, meetings and follow up and minutes.

·       Schedule, maintain, and communicate partnerships webinar calendar, in addition to hosting webinars when necessary.

·       Support partner outreach and communications, including assisting Regional Leaders

·       Support onboarding and offboarding policies and procedures for

·       Manage advisor partner access and credentials for all advisors and confirmation distribution as needed.

·       Improve advisor experience and increase advisor engagement with preferred partners through creation and implementation of advisor tools and resources.

·       Identify and correct or assist in the correction of inefficiencies.

·       Maintain and organize team shared drive files and folders.

·       Meet with regional partners during office visits.

·       Create, update and maintain content on company intranet site ensuring accuracy of information including all its pages and supplier contact database.

·       Collaborate and work with marketing on various initiatives including managing Virtuoso marketing, promotions, profiles and tools.

·       Manage leisure-related travel technology tools and subscriptions.

 

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required 


·       Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, advertising or equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel industry.

·       Senior level knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Word, Forms, Excel, and PowerPoint  

·       Senior level communications skills, written, verbal and listening. 

·       Expertise in the use of online networking sites 

·       Ability to deal with the public with a high degree of customer service skills.

·       Must be a team player.

Pay: Salary range $23-29/hour 

Hybrid: 3 days a week in office
