Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $26.54 - $33.17hour


Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.


Position Overview

Our partners play a critical role in Team Teal’s future success. We want to innovate the way we sell, provide service, and develop partnerships to achieve both our partner’s and our own objectives. The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in providing support to the Partnerships team, helping to maximize revenue through various departmental tasks across all Sharks Sports & Entertainment properties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on a number of operational functions to ensure the success of the broader partnerships team, specifically Partnership Marketing
  • Own the process of trafficking all TV, Radio, Web, and all digital and physical Signage
  • Support the Global Partnerships team in the activation of sponsorship assets for corporate partner accounts, ensuring 100% delivery of contractual obligations
  • Assist in the activation of certain strategic partnerships
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and communicate relevant updates related to Partnership inventory and upcoming partner activations.
  • Ensure collaboration and clear communication with key internal stakeholders.
  • Track and manage all hospitality elements related to partner and departmental needs, including but not limited to season ticket, suite night, food and beverage and single event inventory
  • Lead on the execution of the partnerships gifting strategy
  • Help with Gameday event execution on an as needed basis
  • Responsible for the management of department photography needs
  • Track and manage department Accounts Payable needs
  • Perform other tasks and projects as required
  • Assist with Partnership events, as needed (thinking Away Trips and potentially some Partner Summit)


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field required or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years successful service background with a preference for experience at a sports and entertainment property, agency, or brand.
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player who is proactive and driven, and works well on a team or independently
  • Adept at client and account management and fulfilling projects on time
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate and motivated with a positive attitude, and solutions-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to establish effective and cooperative inter-departmental relations as well as relations with partners and vendors
  • Ability to coordinate and juggle numerous priorities and projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing creative effectiveness
  • It is imperative that you have the ability to work independently, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time
  • Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift between 25-40 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation
  • This job will require availability to work shifts outside of SSE’s typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • May be required to travel to other company locations
  • May be required to attend conference, events, and training sessions within Bay Area or in- or out-of-state locations.
