Role Overview:
As a Partner, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding my client’s US operations. They will lead engagements focused on network design, distribution strategy, and warehouse optimization. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on implementation to drive impactful solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Leading consulting projects from inception to completion, advising clients on logistics network optimization, warehouse design, and operational efficiency improvements.
Business Development: Driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding service offerings in the logistics and warehousing domain.
Thought Leadership: Contributing to the development of thought leadership content, participating in industry forums, and establishing the firm as a leader in logistics consulting.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in logistics and warehousing consulting, with expertise in network design, distribution strategy, and operational implementation. Prior experience in a client-facing role is essential.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, innovate solutions, and adapt to evolving client needs in a dynamic environment.
Strategic Vision: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
