Partner Success Operations Manager

Acelab, a leading innovator in architecture and construction technology, is seeking a data-savvy, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills to manage our partner success operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate partner data into actionable insights, driving improvements in our partnership program and ultimately contributing to Acelab's growth.

As the Partner Success Operations Manager at Acelab, you will play a crucial role in our partnership program with Building Product Manufacturers. This position will be responsible for managing and analyzing partner data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and success. You'll work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure they maximize the value of our platform and services.

This role will report directly to Acelab's Director of Partner Success. There is opportunity for this role to grow to a CSM and manage accounts as Acelab's partnership program continues to expand.

Partner Data Management

  • Maintain and update partner information across multiple platforms (Notion, Hubspot, Airtable)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems


Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports for manufacturing partners using data from Tableau, internal admin dashboard, and Hubspot
  • Analyze cross-partner trends to inform business development strategies and promote partner advocacy
  • Create and maintain internal documentation on partner success metrics and best practices


Communication and Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication channels with manufacturing partners
  • Coordinate and disseminate updates on platform releases, product enhancements, and business development initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure partner needs are addressed


Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline partner success operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in partner success management


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer/partner success, operations, or data analysis
  • Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Notion, Hubspot, Airtable)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (e.g., Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of the building products industry is a plus
