The Partner Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in driving Egnyte’s success with channel partners such as VARs and MSPs. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partner enablement programs that empower our partners to effectively promote, sell, and support Egnyte's products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the SaaS MSP & VAR landscape.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Partner Training and Certification:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for channel partners, including onboarding, product training, and sales strategies.
  • Create and manage certification programs to ensure partners have the necessary expertise to sell Egnyte effectively.

Sales Playbooks and Resources:

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, cheat sheets, and other resources tailored for VARs and MSPs to facilitate the sales process.
  • Provide partners with up-to-date marketing materials, case studies, and competitive analysis.

Webinars and Workshops:

  • Organize and conduct regular webinars, workshops, and training sessions to keep partners informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment through interactive sessions and Q&A forums.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Partner Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with the Partner Program owner to dDevelop training and resources that support the effective onboarding of new partner sales and technical roles and enables fast ramp to revenue. and manage a streamlined onboarding process to ensure new partners are quickly and effectively integrated into the Egnyte ecosystem.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve training content, resources, and support programs.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure partner needs are incorporated into future developments.

Partner Portal Management:

  • Maintain and update content on the partner portal, ensuring all resources are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Promote the use of the partner portal as a central hub for all enablement materials and communications.

LMS Content Management:

  • Create and manage learning management system (LMS) content to support partner training and development.
  • Ensure LMS content is current, comprehensive, and aligned with partner enablement goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, support and other internal enablement teams, to align enablement initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay informed about upcoming product releases and strategic initiatives.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and selling motions with processes and strategies
  • Experience working with MSPs and VARSs, and referral-based selling.
  • Experience designing certification, accreditation and continuing education training curriculum and learning paths for technology channel sales and technical roles.
  • Hands on experience with building and managing content and training paths in partner portal and LMS platforms.
  • Understanding of and experience working with SaaS and cloud-based solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of content security or content collaboration product offerings
  • Ability to understand technology solutions quickly, with the ability to and articulate complex product features clearly and compellingly
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy to tactics and execute of projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.a client-centric approach, dedicated to ensuring client success and satisfaction
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving support, content and resources as needed to support content development, execution and tracking of partner training enablement to support sales efforts and product improvements
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous learning and growth


COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $130k - $180k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
