Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will focus specifically on launching partnership pilot testing sites until contract completion and then act as an Account Manager (AM) in the rollout phase. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Partner Growth and the team to ensure successful execution of pilot testing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Partner Growth and the team to develop and execute pilot testing strategies, ensuring effective and efficient launch of partnership pilot testing sites.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of pilot testing initiatives including deployment of marketing assets both physical and digital, staff equipment training, manager training, and acting as a trusted advisor for the onsite staff and management teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Director of Partner Growth regarding the progress and performance of pilot testing sites.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing pilot testing processes.
  • Provide onsite support and act as a point of contact for team members, providing guidance, support, and necessary resources.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director Partner Growth to align pilot testing efforts with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Act as an Account Manager, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners involved in pilot testing.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to partnership pilot testing, incorporating new ideas and strategies into the team's approach.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines throughout the pilot testing process.
  • Continual monitoring of sales performance within your book of business and proactive approach to help improve sales where/when necessary.

Salary range:

  • The base salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year
  • This position will be eligible for bonuses and stock options.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 75% travel required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in relevant experience
  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • This is a very hands-on and hands-in role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Action-Oriented, Can-Do Attitude, Customer-Centric
  • Mechanical Aptitude is helpful
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Business-minded, with an entrepreneurial desire to be part of a new, growing division
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Team player who can also produce independent results
