The Partner Director role is to be the main point of contact at Americaneagle.com for our partners, and work with them to develop a strategy and strong relationships to build our partnerships. Depending on the size and demand of the partners, a partner director may be assigned multiple partners to be responsible for and building those relationships. They may also participate in trade shows and assist sales as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of sales, marketing, business development, product marketing or operations experience preferred within the eCommerce space
Passionate about eCommerce, web technologies, sales and partner growth opportunities
Proven track record of building marketing programs, setting up partnership opportunities (webinars, marketing programs, managing meetings, seeking new partnership opportunities)
Proven track record of a successful sales; ability to successfully manage the entire sales cycle from identification, qualification, presentation, to closure
Ability to travel if needed
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enjoys public speaking and be highly adaptable as the company continues to grow
Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience working in a highly cross-functional role with many dynamic teams

New hire partner onboarding monthly enablement
Bringing in new opportunities referred to us by partners
Registering leads
Internal and External Enablement Sessions (L&Ls, Focused Groups, etc.)
Partner pipeline development
Partner escalation/support
Solution consulting/SME
Managing partner checklists
Manage and grow partner practices
Support Digital Marketing/ Sales teams on partner growth
