Description

Seeking part-time instructor to teach introductory and sophomore-level composition classes as part of the university's general education program. Successful applicants receive 3- 9 teaching credits per semester and are responsible for preparing students for the writing they will encounter most frequently in the university and their careers after.

Key Job Responsibilities Are The Following

  • design course syllabus, addressing key learning outcomes
  • design in and out of class writing projects
  • provide written feedback on student work

Must have experience teaching first-year composition and at least 2-3 years teaching experience.
