Welcome to the new school year! We are seeking passionate Teachers for the Visually Impaired to join our team in Colorado, serving K-12th grade students. Preference for grade level will be discussed during the initial interview.

Start Date: August 14, 2024
End Date: May 22, 2025
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Responsibilities
Modify and implement curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
Provide instruction in Braille and adapt teaching methods to meet students' visual needs.
Assess students' visual needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide direct therapy in group or individual settings.
Requirements
Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
Certification in Visual Impairment Education.
Colorado Department of Education license (pending upon interview).
