Description
We are a private K-12 school specializing in motivating and supporting gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) students. We customize our curriculum to accelerate or decelerate as needed, always celebrating individual strengths and meeting students where they are.

Responsibilities
Foster a culture of respect, challenge, support, and care for all students
Maintain clear and timely communication with students and parents, including regular updates on assignments and grades via our school's information system
Participate actively in faculty meetings and professional development to enhance teaching practices and student support
Prepare documentation for educational planning meetings and collaborate on student support strategies
Address student concerns promptly, collaborating with the Head of School as needed
Be attentive to individual student needs and contribute to a positive social environment
