Responsibilities
Maintain multiple QuickBooks files by accurately entering transactions.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and Line of Credit accounts in QuickBooks.
Audit vendor and customer accounts to ensure accurate Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Generate precise financial statements.
Verify transaction accuracy by obtaining necessary documentation.
Assist small businesses in achieving their financial objectives through consistent support and timely reminders.
Required
Associate's degree.
QuickBooks Online certification.
Experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for various companies.
Strong typing skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent correspondence writing and editing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
Expected Hours
Initially 15 hours per week, with potential for rapid expansion.
Compensation
$22 per hour.
This is a remote position available to candidates residing in Delaware, Florida, Maine, Ohio, and Texas.
