The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Ilya Rasner, Owner/President, to gain knowledge of our objectives to implement innovative campaigns for branding and listing launches. You will be involved in creating written and graphic content, as well as social media content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, create and launch marketing campaigns to expand company’s reach and potential client pipeline
Create innovative marketing campaigns and present the recommendations to the team.
Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers
Analyze the performance of our team’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
Develop and post social media content, including reels
Create copy for newsletters campaigns and social media
Help in certain areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
Qualifications:
Two years’ experience in a Marketing Specialist capacity or studying marketing
Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, SM scheduling software, Canva, other creative software such as CapCut
Essential skills and attributes:
Works extremely well both independently and with a team
Excellent communication skills; oral, written, and interpersonal
Creative, positive and ability to infuse fun in the content
Organized and thorough
Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and meet deadlines
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
$30/hour for 6-12 hours per week
Although mostly remote - there will be some need for in-person for recording, event coverage, and building content
