We are seeking dedicated part-time instructors committed to fostering student success and engagement in our Engineering and Math Sciences program across multiple campuses, including Philadelphia and Harrisburg. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching first-generation students, a student-centered approach, and expertise in supporting students who may struggle with Math and Physics concepts. Additionally, candidates should be adept at offering skills-based learning opportunities and hands-on experiences in the classroom. This position will support and contribute to multiple Programs at our University.

Key Responsibilities
- Create inclusive and supportive learning environments tailored to the needs of first-generation students and learners with varying mathematical and scientific backgrounds.
- Deliver engaging and interactive instruction in Physics and Applied Mathematics courses (including Statistics, Calculus and Differential Equations) and courses including computational skills including Python, MATLAB, R and Tableau.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies that emphasize skills-based learning, problem-solving, and real-world applications.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding and mastery of course content.
- Design and facilitate hands-on activities, labs, and projects that promote experiential learning and critical thinking skills.
- Foster a collaborative and student-centered classroom culture that encourages participation, teamwork, and active learning.
- Assess student progress through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and development.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate level, with a focus on supporting diverse student populations.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical approaches that promote student engagement, retention, and success.
- Ability to create inclusive and equitable learning environments that value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing hands-on learning experiences and skills-based assessments.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
